Jules helped organise a surprise birthday weekend in the countryside for me and 16 friends/family. The weekend was amazing- she delivered on so many detailed asks that my family had requested which made the day so special. From the amazing table decorations, the delicious poolside cocktails, the charming bbq lunch and decor, Disney piano player and canapés followed by a 4 course dinner. The food was top notch and she even set up a karaoke room for after (the way she transformed the room was incredible- huge balloons, espresso martinis, speakers etc). I would highly recommend booking her for any event! Seamless.

Wow, honestly, what to say about Jules. In all honesty, I think my husband and I's mental health was somewhat saved from having Jules by our side in the lead up to, and on the day of, our wedding. Her expertise and calm support meant we were able to navigate what otherwise could have been a logistically overwhelming day for us. You HAVE to hire Jules to support your wedding. Don't even think twice, she's so utterly worth it.

Our wedding was a quick turnaround compared to most and where it could have been very stressful at times, Jules took away that stress, always reassuring us that everything would be fine. And it was! We had the most amazing day. Doing a wedding on private land seemed like a great idea, but there are definitely way more moving parts than you think, especially in comparison to hiring a wedding venue. Fortunately Jules not only has some brilliant contacts up her sleeve, she also has such great style and was able to bring my vision for our special day together so perfectly, making sure that the day was as seamless as could be. Extremely grateful to Jules and we would most definitely recommend using Beyond the Meadow to anyone planning a wedding.

Having experienced the stress of planning my recent wedding for eight months whilst managing a demanding full time job, it was a considerable relief to hand over the responsibility to Jules for the last month leading up to the wedding. Why didn't I do this earlier, I am asking myself?? Jules was fabulous - contacting all the suppliers, attending the church and venue the day before and was there on the day, co-ordinating things brilliantly. The day went without a hitch (as far as I was concerned) and can honestly say it was the best day of my life. Many thanks Jules for helping us make it so special.

Jules has created and managed my agency summer party for the second year in a row. I didn't think she could top last year's event, but she smashed it. Jules has a wonderful imagination for how to bring that extra bit of magic to an event and the management skills to make sure it goes off without a hiccup. Just awesome.
